How long does it take to deliver photos?

Photos are generally delivered 24 hours after the photoshoot is carried out.

What is the format of the delivered photos?

We generally deliver photos in JPG format in a zip file. Please contact us if you would like to have further information or for confirmation regarding another format. Otherwise, you can also specify the format required at the time of your order, when you input your client specifications. The resolution depends on the type of photoshoot.

How do you let me know that my album is available?

An automatic notification is sent to your e-mail address letting you know that your media is ready.

How do I download the photos?

Go into your personal Meero space, into "'Albums", then click on the one you want to open. Firstly, select the photos, then confirm with the "Confirm your selection" button. Please wait several minutes and you will then be able to download your photos.

I'm having problems downloading my photos: what should I do?

Make sure that you have correctly selected your media and that you have confirmed your selection. Wait several minutes and if nothing is still happening on this page, please contact us and we will do all we can to give you the necessary support.

How many photos are available?

We always deliver several extra photos according to the number of media you have requested in your order, so that we can meet all your expectations. The choice is therefore yours and you can carry out your selection.

If you wish to select more photos than the number initially foreseen, you can also do this and the extra fee will be displayed in the selection block: you can simply pay this on confirmation.

How do I locate a particular album?

Go into your personal Meero space, into "Albums", then use the search field and the various filters available to you.

How do I leave feedback for the photographer?

You can do this on the Meero platform when you select and download the photos from your photoshoot. Indeed, you are requested to fill in a "Photoshoot evaluation": you can grade the quality of the photos, as well as the photographer's punctuality. A "Comments" field allows you to also add further details, if necessary.

What should I do if the photos don't meet my expectations?

Please contact our customer service department and give details of the element(s) which aren't right: we will do everything we can to help you so that the photos correspond to your client specifications.
