What should I do if I cannot be present for the photoshoot?

If you can't be present and no-one can replace you to welcome the photographer, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or postpone the photoshoot. Indeed, fees will be payable for cancellation / postponement fewer than 24 hours before the date of the photoshoot.

If someone can replace you, please be sure to indicate this in the photoshoot concerned: go into your personal Meero space and click on the "Modify" button in the photoshoot.

What should I do if the photographer doesn't turn up for my photoshoot?

Contact us and please be patient, allowing us to call the photographer. We will let you know as soon as he or she arrives at the location. In the case that they are unavailable, we will set a new date with you.

Is there any insurance to cover damage which might be caused during the photoshoot?

In France, all photographers working for Meero are professionals covered by Third Party Liability insurance.
