How do I save my payment data?

To save your payment data, log into your Meero personal space and go to "Invoices". Click on the "Modify" button in the "Your banking information" section and complete all the requested information.

If you have any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to solve them.

How is the payment made?

  • If you are a resident of one of the following countries, payment is made by direct deposit secured by Stripe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United States.
  • If you are a resident of another country, then payment is made by international bank transfer.

The platform asks me to download my ID for secure online payment but I can't, what should I do?

We recommend you to check that it does not exceed 5 MB (and preferably 500 px long). In addition, it must not be blurred, dark, stained, distorted or cut and finally the edges of the document must be visible. We then advise you to take it with a smartphone and frame it correctly: photos of this type are generally more acceptable than scanned photos. Finally, if the problem persists, please contact us and we will help you to solve it.

When do I get paid for my services?

Payment to photographers is as followed:

Will Meero pay the transaction fees / charges?

Meero pays the transaction fee for all payment methods, except for PayPal. Any extra charges or taxes that the photographer’s bank may deduct will not be covered by Meero.

When are the services visible on my invoices?

The services performed are added to the invoice once they have been delivered to the customers, i.e. after they have been retouched and sent by our services (maximum one or two days after delivery).

I have not yet received payment for one of my reports. However, the payment receipt clearly indicates that it is in "Payment made". What should I do?

A transfer usually takes a little time (several days) before it is processed and appears on your account, this is especially the case for international transfers. If you wish, we can send you a confirmation of the transfer: transfer notices can be sent 5 days after the payment has been sent and on request. Otherwise please wait and if you still do not see the payment within one to two weeks, please contact us and we will do our best to solve the problem.

Do I need to create an invoice to be paid by Meero?

No! Our platform automatically creates the invoice for you, and you will get paid on the designated paydays.

Where can I find my invoices?

On your personal space and in "Invoices": you can find your previous and current invoices. This current status is a summary of your services for the ongoing fortnight. On the 15th and 31st of the month, this outstanding amount will automatically be invoiced and the amount displayed will be transferred to the account you have entered.

Can I choose my payment currency?

No. All payments are done in the currency of the country of the shoot that was proposed to you.

How much VAT will I be charged?

Meero is a company registered in France, therefore we do not declare VAT in other EU countries. When working with Meero, you are not required to pay VAT. However, you must specify the payments on your income statement.

Is geographical remoteness covered, such as tolls, fuel and parking?

Meero does not cover your expenses. However, the price of a report may be adjusted according to the geographical distance from the place where it is made.
