I called to confirm my arrival but nobody answers. What should I do?

Please go to the location of the report. The contact on site may have been busy at the time you called: he/she could not take your call. He/she should be available upon your arrival and for the report.

I arrived but I can't find the exact location of the report and the contact on site doesn't answer the phone, what should I do?

Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve this problem. In any case, the price of the service is due to you: we would be grateful if you could stay as long as necessary so that we can provide you with additional information on the location.

I arrived at the place of the report but no one is there, what should I do?

We recommend that you find the details of the contact person on site or of the customers (in the confirmation email and on your personal space) and call them. If they do not respond, please contact us. If you are unable to reach us after 20 minutes of waiting and to allow us to pay you the price of the service, please go to the location of the report, send us a photo of the frontage with an explanation of the situation. We will also call the host and inform you as soon as he/she arrives on site.

What if there is no natural light?

Natural light is very often used by customers to make their reports. If you lack of it, the customer requirements for the report provide you with the necessary information to follow.

The place is messy, what can I do?

Please make the report by referring to the customer requirements. When you send the photos to the platform and it appears that the customer has left the place messy, please add a comment to explain the situation. Once informed, we will contact the customer and pay you the price of the service.
