I accepted a photo report but I can't make it, what should I do?

  • For a cancellation more than 24 hours before the date and time of the report: you can cancel directly from your Meero personal space. Go to the "upcoming reports", click on the report concerned then on the "Cancel" button and finally validate.
  • For a cancellation less than 24 hours before the date and time of the report, you can also disengage from the platform by following the procedure described above. We also ask you to contact us so that we can respond to the customer's request by offering the services of another photographer.
  • Be careful, in the 2 hours before the beginning of the report, you can no longer disengage yourself from the platform: you should contact us directly by phone. 

We would appreciate it if you could do your best to fulfill the reports you have accepted: clients expect that once the report has been accepted by a partner photographer, it will be completed.

What if, when I called to confirm my arrival, the contact on site tells me that he/she is no longer available for the report?

To enable us to pay you the price of this report, we thank you for going to the place of the report, sending us a photo of the frontage with an explanation of the situation.
